Our Guarantee to You
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Here’s how we stand behind the products we sell:
New Items

Defective New Products: If your new item has an issue, it must be returned directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policies.

New Game Consoles: These come with a manufacturer’s warranty and must be handled through the console maker.
Used Games & Accessories

All pre-owned games and accessories are covered by a 14-day warranty.

If something isn’t working right, we’ll replace it with the same item.

If we don’t have a match in stock, you’ll receive store credit for the full purchase price.
Used Consoles

All used or “pre-played” consoles include a 60-day warranty.

We’ll repair or replace defective units with the same model.

If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit equal to the purchase amount.
Please Note: All in-store policies may be updated or modified at any time with approval from the manager on duty.
Returns for Online Orders
We offer hassle-free returns for online purchases within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
